KOJIRO UMEZAKI grew up in Tokyo, Japan. He was educated at Lafayette College and Dartmouth College. His current interest is in developing interactive music systems for performance with the shakuhachi. He performs, teaches composition courses in electro-acoustic music and runs Healthy Boys, L.L.C., a small business specializing in music technology.
